Frequently asked questions
What to expect before the cameras arrive.
Straight answers about planning, production, investment, deliverables, and working with Clarke House.
What does a typical production session include?
Every engagement is scoped around the intended audience and finished uses. A typical session includes production planning, camera, lighting, sound, direction, and the agreed post-production and delivery.
Do we need completed scripts?
No. Teams can arrive with completed scripts, rough outlines, approved talking points, or subject-matter experts who need interview preparation. The planning scope changes based on what already exists.
Can several videos be filmed in one day?
Yes. Concentrated sessions are one of the main advantages of the model. Several topics, interviews, demonstrations, or profiles can often be captured in one organized block.
What investment should we expect?
Most full-production engagements begin around $3,500. Annual content partnerships typically begin around $15,000. Final scope depends on planning, production, crew, locations, formats, and post-production.
Do you work with internal marketing and creative teams?
Yes. Clarke House is designed to complement an internal team. Your organization can retain control of strategy, subject expertise, approvals, and publishing while Clarke House manages production and post-production.
Can photography be included?
Yes. Commercial photography can be included when the production schedule and locations make it useful. The scope will identify the photographs required before the session.
Where do you work?
Clarke House is based in Rochester, New York and works throughout the region. Travel, rentals, and local crew can be planned when a project requires production elsewhere.
What happens after we inquire?
Raleigh reviews every inquiry directly and responds within two business days. The first conversation confirms fit, goals, timing, scope, and the most sensible way to begin.
What deliverables will we receive?
Deliverables are defined before production and can include primary videos, shorter edits, captions, branded graphics, photographs, audio versions, and platform-specific exports. The exact mix depends on where the content will be used.
How long does a typical project take?
Timing depends on planning, availability, locations, approvals, and the number of finished assets. A focused project can often move from kickoff to delivery in several weeks. Larger or recurring programs are scheduled around a shared production calendar.
Can we begin with one project before planning an annual partnership?
Yes. A focused paid engagement is a practical way to establish fit, workflow, and the first set of useful assets. If the need recurs, the process can expand into a quarterly program or annual content partnership.
